RESERVATIONS
Bottega accepts reservations up to 60 days in advance and up to 2 years in advance in private dining. To reserve a table with us for up to 12 guests, use Open Table or call (707) 945-1050 x1. Please note that we accept phone reservations daily between 10:30am and 9:00pm PST.
LARGE PARTIES
For private events, our restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests. See our room options and capacities on our Special Events page or contact Kellie Magna, our Director of Group Dining and Corporate Events, to discuss your event.

LATE ARRIVALS
Tables are released 15 minutes after a reservation time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation, seating is at the discretion of our Maître D’. Please call the restaurant at (707) 945-1050 x1 to inform us if you are running late, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
DINING AT THE BAR
We serve our full menu at our Bar. For lunch and dinner, bar seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
WALK-INS
While we do not reserve tables for walk-ins, we are happy to accommodate you if we have space in our dining room. During dinner service, seats in the bar are available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
PARKING
There is are parking lots at both the north end and the south end of Bottega.
HOLIDAYS & CLOSINGS
We are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and occasionally for private events. Please call (707) 945-1050 x1 if you have questions about a specific date.
CHILDREN
We welcome children of all ages to dine with us.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available for purchase in any denomination online or by calling the restaurant directly at (707) 945-1050 x1. *PLEASE NOTE that Bottega Napa Valley gift cards can be used at the Napa Valley restaurant only, and NOT at our other Gruppo Chiarello restaurants.
FOOD ALLERGIES + GLUTEN-FREE DINING
We are pleased to offer a gluten-free menu. Please inform your server of any and all food allergies or dietary restrictions. They’ll be happy to make menu recommendations and consult with our kitchen to accommodate you.
SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES
Our pastry team can create custom or personalized cakes and desserts. In our main dining room, guests may bring in their own cakes. Please note that there is $5 per person plating fee. Outside cakes and desserts are permitted in our Private Dining spaces at no additional charge.
CORKAGE FEES
California is wine country, and guests are welcome to bring in up to three bottles of their own wines, as long as they are not represented on our wine list. Please note that there is a $30 corkage fee per 750 ml. for the first and second bottles, and a $50 charge per 750 ml. for the third bottle.
PAYING FOR MEALS IN ADVANCE
If you would like to pay for a meal in advance, please call (707) 945-1050 x1 or email reservations@botteganapavalley.com and we can set up a credit card authorization.
CHARITY + FOOD DONATIONS
Bottega makes donations of meals and food to select organizations and causes. For more information about donations, please email kellie.magna@botteganapavalley.com and tell us about your event.
